How many children are in each classroom?

We maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized care and attention. Classroom capacity varies by age group and is determined by Arkansas licensing ratios. Generally, we begin with a ratio of 1 teacher for every 5 children, with adjustments based on developmental needs and classroom layout.

Can I enroll my child part-time?

Yes, Kid Champion offers both full-time and part-time enrollment options. We currently offer two part-time schedules:
• 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
• 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)

We’re happy to work with families to find a schedule that best suits your needs.

What should we bring on the first day of class?

Families are encouraged to bring:

  • A copy of immunization records

  • Diapers and wipes

  • Prepared bottles or food for your child

  • A change of clothes

  • Rash cream, pacifiers, and a blanket (if needed)

We also recommend labeling all personal items with your child’s name to avoid mix-ups.

Can a friend or family member pick up my child?

Yes, as long as we’ve received written permission from the child’s legal guardian. All authorized individuals must present valid identification at pickup.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We observe most federal holidays and will notify families in advance of any scheduled closures.

Do you provide meals and snacks?

We provide healthy snacks throughout the day. Families are welcome to send meals from home if preferred, especially for children with dietary restrictions or allergies. Please notify us in advance so we can accommodate appropriately.

Are your staff trained in CPR and First Aid?
